“My mom recently had to file an insurance claim for her damaged phone. The insurance company gave us the hardest time with the claim, so we went to see Dyson at the Metro PCS store on Dix in Lincoln Park. Dyson got on the phone with the insurance company and assisted us with completing the claim.
Dyson was professional, patient and very kind. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, but we sure are grateful that he did.
Dyson even told my mom that she could bring her replacement phone in when she received it and he would set it up for her. Once she received the phone, Dyson took care of getting her data transferred to the new phone.

She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. “I couldn’t find a lotion I wanted and I have been looking for it at several different targets. I’m here out of town so I decided to look online and see if it was in stock and it was! I get there and it wasn’t on the shelf. I was disappointed but then I see, I think his name was Aaron, walk towards me and I ask him if it was in the back. He left to look in the back and he’s gone for maybe 20 minutes looking for this lotion for me because he said they got it on truck! He comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and of course it was fine. He took maybe 45 minutes out of his shift to look for this for me and he found it! I was very grateful and he was very sweet. Thank you Aaron :))”

“Hands down a wonderful experience. My autistic brother phone stop working today and I needed to get him a phone asap. Originally went to the location on wayne road but the guy at the store seemed very off putting and when I mentioned what I was looking for he seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered so we left. Went to this inkster location and Q was so amazing. He was very patient and so kind to me, my brother and my lil daughter. My brother was so happy and so was I.
