Hands down a wonderful experience. My autistic brother phone stop working today and I needed to get him a phone asap. Originally went to the location on wayne road but the guy at the store seemed very off putting and when I mentioned what I was looking for he seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered so we left. Went to this inkster location and Q was so amazing. He was very patient and so kind to me, my brother and my lil daughter. My brother was so happy and so was I. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience Q!

We have used this location to pay our monthly bills for the past year, and the last time we were there we had an issue that required a customer service call. Destin walked us through the process, making sure we got connected and taken care of. Exceptional service!

Needing to replace a couple phones, Destin was through and worked efficiently. He was a pleasure to talk to and even tried to help me get a discount. He was up front about the pricing in total and tax and I've never had that before. Destin just didn't want to pull a sticker shock situation on me and for that I'm Grateful!! Wonderful Service and very convenient location for many in the Inkster, Westland, Romulus area. Highly Recommend this store for your Cricket service needs!!
