THIS STORE JUST ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND COST ME 2 DAYS OF WORK DUE TO AN EMPLOYEE ERROR AND THE MANAGER (TRISTA) GAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HER ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE MERCHANDISE AND THE STORE POLICY WAS DISGUSTING. BEING NEW TO THE CITY I THOUGHT I WOULD GET THE INFORMATION I NEEDED BEFORE I LEFT THE PART STORE BUT PER TRISTA'S INSTRUCTIONS I SHOULD HAVE HAD A MECHANIC WITH ME. I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED A MECHANIC WITH ME WHENEVER I WENT TO AUTOZONE AND NOT LET AUTOZONE TAKE MY MONEY BECAUSE I NEEDED TO RETURN A PART WITH A RECEIPT JUST SO I CAN GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK. I was in you store #2121 in Inkster on 8/22/23 to find a replacement fuse for my Sline Air Inflator which I purchased there. The moment I entered there the sales associate helped me to find the proper fuse. She quickly knew what that there were versions of the inflator and a variety of fuses. She diagnosed the problem quickly swaped the unit with another one. Great service, she was knowledgeable and astute. Thanks ?
