I love staying here Safety is top TierAlso the lady at the Front desk is Nice....Overall great place to stay and or visitSafety: I love staying here because of how they pay attention and care for your safety top tier....Walkability: It's close to lots of stores and restaurants.

Stayed here for almost a year. Paid weekly, sometimes bi-weekly. They have other people collect your money from time to time, then they don't write the money/times in their book keeper. Luckily, I always had a receipt with the day I had to pay again. Even with the receipts, they would accuse me of lying... Then one day at 11am, check out time, the wife came banging on the door. We were still asleep, because we thought we paid for another week. That was out fault, for not double checking. But we asked if she could give us like a hour or two, so we could go get our money from the bank. She told us we would have to take EVERYTHING out of our room, which was A LOT of things and she wouldn't let us keep it in one of their laundry rooms until we were back. I was also pregnant at the time. So we got the most important things and they threw out the rest. Plus, they don't like you having visitors. They complained about my mother coming to see me, and my boyfriend's grandma.Oh, and the rooms.... They put us in a roach infested room, (and they were fully aware of this; they would come in while we weren't there and add roach traps, and spray) the once I complained, they said the room was fine. Well I walked back into the room, and I spotted a roach within 2 mins. They moved us to another room, surprisingly we didn't have any bugs besides occasionally some normal bus would get in from outside. Well, the room next to ours where our bathrooms shared a wall, and the water line broke, causing our room to get wet on the carpet. By the time we noticed, THE CARPET WAS GROWING MUSHROOMS!!!!!I could probably still go on, but that's way more than I intended on writing.

The a/c had a striped cord. It looked like it was ripped at the plug, which poses a danger when plugged in. The TV didn't have very many channels including Nick.

Cheap but very dated and dirty and no visitors allowed. Like the room is disturbing but i was out of options and no refunds once your in. So if your visiting family not the best choice and if you want something worth the money pay the extra 10$ somewhere else for your own health! The rooms are disturbing and need to be cleaned. I cleaned mine just for my stay and brought my own bedding so If you need a place quickly this works. They also allow dogs for an additional charge.

Very clean and cheap. Not like some of the other bed bug ridden motels around there. Although the rooms are small, you can also adjust the heat and the air conditioning. It's also located on a bus route that goes by the same name at that stop both the 200 and 210 Smart bus stops at the Alpine stop.

Fair prices a little too stricton check out time and strict on number of people in your room. Clean ish and good for the price depending on which room you get.
