The person I spoke to was pretty firm on cost per sq ft, then at the store was suddenly vage. They didnt quote as I asked, almost refused to do what i wanted.. and I could not get clear answers on pricing. Whats up with that? I ultimately did the work myself.

We had a great experience with our vinyl planking flooring install. I won’t go into the details but have to say that they stand behind their products and their install jobs. Would never go anywhere else. Very trustworthy and professional, you can’t go wrong.

Had a horrible experience. Went with them to get "professional guidance" to get a nice carpet for my home. Ordered carpet for 3 rooms, one was delayed for repairs to house. After the 2 rooms were installed they over charged me. When I called to talk about the over charge they literally told me "you are a very unhappy woman". Tried to talk with someone else who also insulted me by saying "well you are very negative". I never yelled or said anything other then telling them about the problems with the product and the fact that they over charged me. I have never been treated so rudely. They also DUMPED me and refused to finish the 3rd room in the middle of the job. Horrible Horrible Horrible treatment.
