I normally have good service at the pharmacy, but today was not so. I don't know the date this pharmacy will close or if the employee's care about customers anymore. But for the manager to allow this to occur, is not acceptable. I arrived at the drive-thru windows at 5:54 pm (they close at 6:00 pm). It had a note in the window 'DRIVE-THRU IS CLOSED. PLEASE COME INSIDE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I parked by the front door and went inside. Just in time to see the employee leaving the pharmacy with the cash drawer and the shudders closed (which were open when I arrived at the drive-thru window) I returned to my vehicle and noticed the time was 5:56. My son needed his prescription now. His prescription can only be filled on a 30 day basis which is today. I have learned that rite-aid's policy is based on 30 days of sale of the last prescription, not 30 days of the prescription being filled.
No wonder they are having to close the stores if they don't know that by law, I can request this prescription to be filled after only 28 days.
If a company advertises the closing of a pharmacy to be at 6:00pm, should it not be open to do business until 6:00?

The beginning of the week we sent in we needed refills, picked up some and 2 they didn't have but would let us know. Next day checked not in yet. On Thursday got the call the scripts were in and filled. While in lapeer we transferred our scripts to a new pharmacy we come back into town at around 4 go to grab the scripts waiting and was told they were returned due to not being picked up. This is not cool they were already filled that day. Now have to go without the med till new pharmacy gets it in. Very unprofessional

They are the worst, lazy, tell you it’ll be 1.5 hours max come back over 2 hours later still have to stand around and wait 15+ minutes for scripts. Only use them due to lack of options in rural area

Worst pharmacy ever. They refuse to fill my prescription I have full insurance I have my card, they want some green MI health card, I called the insurance they said it's a poinless card and to use my regular insurance card, rite aid is so incompetent, rudest people ever, so I go without medication I've even had my insurance call!!! They are a lawsuit waiting to happen, how dumb can one be, I have full freaking insurance, they want a card they won't even use anymore, my insurance told me go elsewhere, i guess I'll listen.

Rite Aid is awesome they were just about to close and I was sick with the flu, I needed electrolytes drink, I was frustrated with not being able to find it and the associate came right up to me with a big smile and showed me right where it was. Thanks so much for your willingness to care.

RIDICULOUSLY long wait at both the drive thru and inside. 2 lanes in the drive thru and only operate one ..... 2 registers inside and only operate one. Line extends across the store..... Genius

I called in a refill then go to pick it up they say 2 days early can't do it so go back up 2 days later they say I don't have a refill call my doctor go home get the bottle that says 1 refill left now standing in line to show them they are wrong so 3 trips up there still done have a script you can't just stop taking after 2.5 years just before holidays and hour of standing is great from al me

Disgusting. Does anyone ever clean here? I'd rather go outside if I have to use the restroom here again. It's a public bathroom and should be cleaned on a daily basis yet looks like it hasn't been touched in months.

So incredibly irritated!!!I did an online visit on Sunday with goodRx to get a prescription refilled. I called Rite Aid on Monday at in the afternoon to see if they got it/when it would be ready. No answer. Called again on Tuesday. Same result. Then I stopped at the drive thu and waited for half an hour. Pulled up to lane 2 only to be told that that lane is for drop off only and that I would have to wait in the line again. I judt left. Walked in on Wednesday only to be told that my prescription was "on order" and they would not have it until Thursday. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Today I went to the pharmacy to leave a prescription and the person who attended me was very rude to me and told me this prescription will not be ready for today and as my daughter needs it for today she is very sick so if you want go to the Cvs or the Kroger's to see if they will release it to you and what and why if I look for all the recipes of my children and myself and my husband here and I said ok and I left and an hour later my husband went to ask for the recipe and What a surprise he got was that the pharmacy manager told him she was sorry, we don't have those medications if you want to stop and he ordered it to arrive like Tuesday and he told her that my daughter needs it because I'm sorry we don't have it…. They really have to change people and many people will stop going to this pharmacy thanks to the people they have in it. They don't know how to treat customers. They lack empathy and professionalism. Thank you very much for your services. It was Pecimo. My daughter is 6 years old.
