Preferred seamless did some gutters for my Under Deck. Wanted to go with a larger size gutter and they said it wasn’t needed. I’m getting a lot of dripping and they’ve only told me to try to find a different solution without replacing the gutter. I even said I would pay for it I can’t even get a quote for them to redo it. Will never use them again

We had new gutters installed this spring. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and cleaned up after. The gutters look and work perfect!
We opted not to get the leaf guard at the time of installation, which proved to be a bad decision, so I called, they came out quickly (actually earlier than when they said they'd be there), and did a great job again!
HIGHLY recommend this company!

Excellent! The quote was spot on, worth every dollar. From the initial phone contact and through the estimate, everyone was friendly and professional. River paid attention to what needed to be addressed and how, and I appreciate that. The crew was skilled, efficient and pleasant. No left over debris or concerns. They were recommended to me and I'll do the same. Definitely recommended the leaf guard! Thank you so much!!

This review is way overdue but we really appreciated the job they did!
A few things to note:
We had gutters installed at our home in early 2022 & then at our cottage later that same year.
1. Quotes were fair, quick & detailed.
2. Both jobs were scheduled & completed in a very timely manner with quality material(s).
3. We did not elect to get leaf guards initially and approximately a year later, contacted the company & they installed them at home & cottage.
4. Staff were helpful, friendly & competent.
5. We would use them again! Thank you!

I recently had Preferred Gutters put new larger, (I believe 5”), gutters and downspouts on my house because I had a metal roof put on and the smaller ones just weren’t working properly. I would just like to say that Jason and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job on this installation. From pricing to the installation this is the only company I would use and am planning on using them again at my church in Richmond for more gutter work. A very professional company!

I called Preferred to come out and fix one of my old downspouts that had fallen off of my roof. A problem that caused water to enter into my house. The nice young man who gives estimates showed up to my home and pulled out a ladder and a drill and fixed it for me on the spot. This meant a lot to me because I'm on a fixed income and repairing water damage is definitely not in the budget for this year. I expressed my concerns about my remaining gutters and Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a reasonable quote to replace my immediate problem areas. I am not one to leave reviews but the customer service I recieved was top notch and I look forward to getting all of my gutters replaced in the future.

I'm Absolutely thrilled with my 6 inch black gutters installed today.. I wasn't home and I left a check on the door and there work is Absolutely phenomenal! I'm so happy and there such a great company to deal with. Thank you!
