Would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. GM has a policy if a vehicle is certified used and if it needs to be serviced while under that warranty then GM will provide a loaner/ rental at their own expense. This dealership has had my car over a week and all but refused to offer me a loaner. The service manager seemed to want to avoid it all costs and stated that it would come out of their dealerships pocket. If this dealership is so concerned with their budget maybe cut the cost of your service manager and pay someone younger half his wage. Never cut costs when it comes to customer service. The end result of my experience here was getting banned from getting serviced here again. Does not take much apparently... I didn't even go off. Terrible customer service though so I wouldn't come back even if I weren't banned.

Milnes Chevrolet truly cares about their clients. Brooke and the team welcomed us and made us feel comfortable with the car buying process....you could say they treated us like family. At Milnes Chevy, not only do I feel seen in the showroom, I feel heard....at that matters more than any license plate frame or decal. Thanks Milnes Chevy for keeping us in quality automobiles and servicing them the right way.

After waiting a month for parts to arrive at dealership, collision shop would not begin work until I attested that I understood my truck may remain in the shop longer if the dealership failed to order all the necessary parts. No one should do business like this.

I have had great experiences with Milnes. Brian our salesman is a great guy. Haven't had any issues with service side on the dealership. I had a few issues during COVID with the body shop. But those were handled
