After waiting a month for parts to arrive at dealership, collision shop would not begin work until I attested that I understood my truck may remain in the shop longer if the dealership failed to order all the necessary parts. No one should do business like this.

I have waited to post my review until some more time had passed to make sure nothing else bad happened. I purchased a 2016 Silverado in July. I have a 2020 GMC Sierra provided by my employer so this is a weekend only vehicle. It seemed like a really good deal. The day I drove up to test drive the "certified used" truck they could not find it. I went back a few days later and someone at the dealership had been driving. The listed miles 119500 and when I drove it it had 122500. It drove okay. It sounded a little rough but it was as is and I figured a would tune it up. When I signed the papers the title said 119500. I was also told several times, AS IS! That should have been where I stopped and backed out. But, I figured it was normal. Fast forward to early September and the check engine light came on. Perfect! Get it checked out and tune up before I take it to Baldwin for a fishing trip. At this point, I'd barely driven it. I went to a different dealership that is much closer. We have been taking our GM products for years. Well, the cam was bad. I spent $7220 to have the motor rebuilt. I feel like the almost 3000 miles that it was driven is before I purchased the truck is when this happened. I'd have taken it back to them but I feel like they'd already got me! Why would I give them anymore of money. Anyway, I will not be returning to Milnes for any purchases or service.

Our experience here was absolutely fantastic. We went looking and ended up buying. Ask for Kyle. He listened to what we were looking for and took us to the truck that was exactly what we needed and wanted. He was also great with our 9 year old.
