I can not thank you all enough! My water at my new place has super high iron!! The amount of care that went into this whole process! I want to shout out to Ben who is beyond words amazing. I can't remember the name of my installer (sorry), but he was such a kind young man,and did a wonderful job!
My water was so stinky,and so brown.
When I tell you OVERNIGHT wow! What a difference! Thank you for helping me provide clean water for my family! I will never take it for granted again! I seriously would give you 10 stars if I could?

They have been nothing but good to us. They replaced a water softener system and some of other faulty water equipment. After I had a concern and did not like the product that was going to be installed, they changed and supported another item without finding fault. Excellent customer service! Grant, Drew and Cody did a great job. Couldn’t be happier.

Ben came out to review our options and was super knowledgeable about all of the products and what we would benefit from the most. Sam came a week later to install. He was very professional, and explained everything clearly. He even pointed out something in our crawl that needed to be fixed. Would use and reccomend this company over and over again!

Sam with Water Boy was professional. He was honest about our options for our softener system. Instead of trying to upsell us, he repaired our system, performed the appropriate maintenance, and told us what we could do down the road. Moreover, he was patient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I had Water Boy come out to my home just south of Toledo a few days ago to install a reverse osmosis system. I really appreciated how polite Connor was during the installation. He took the time to ensure I understood the process, installation, and how the system generally worked to where I could understand it. Their product, however, is phenomenal.My family had been using a Berkey for years, but we had heard it doesn't perform like the manufacturer says. After using it for a day, I can genuinely tell a big difference. It tastes just like Smart Water, which is my favorite bottled water.Water Boy earned a customer for life.

We were having trouble with our reverse osmosis system, and we had Drew come out to evaluate, he was very professional and thorough, a great young man, also not afraid to call for questions or support when needed, we would recommend this company for all your needs

Very fast service! During the consultation they explained my options in detail and gave me great examples for every recommendation. Install was scheduled soon after and they even informed me of a faulty sump pump and offered to change it out for us if they had the part. Just the fact they keep items like this on hand speaks volumes for their level of professionalism. Will be having another RO system installed in our window tinting business.Service: Water tank installation

Amazing experience. Initially called the other big name water filtration company. They quoted me double for the same system waterboy put in. The sales guy Ben was not pushy and very knowledgeable. The installation guy Sam was awesome. I'm OCD when I install stuff. Everything was perfect and looked very professional. Sam was super nice. He educated me on what I needed to know about the system. All around a great experience.If you get a quote from the other big company in town, make sure you get one from waterboy as well. I'm so happy I did!

Water Boy Systems did an amazing job with our water softener. We have now had it for a year and a half and we absolutely love it. Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

Great people to deal with. Just finished our new house with all new fixtures and appliances. Needed a good system. Came out to estimate and was very knowledgeable. Tested my water and knew what I needed. Installers came and were professional and did great quality work. Attached are photos of the system and another of the piping. After 2 months of use you can see the inlet pipe turned from clear to solid orange/red from the hardness. The outlet pipe is as clean as the day they installed it. This whole house system is affordable and is saving my house and appliance. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Had a great experience with these folks from the water testing and quote all the way to the install. We had Mike as our installer today and he was fantastic! He didn't mind the company of us watching. He filled my 10 yo daughter in on the steps of the install and about how the water softner works. Great team! I highly recommend them!!

After other companies totally failed and even tried to lie to me and rip me off with new systems, this company came out and knew exactly what the problem was and instead of trying to sell me a new system literally had my original system up and running in less than 10 minutes and did not charge me a penny. Of course I forced a $50 bill on him but I was blown away by their honesty, service, professionalism, knowledge and communication. I can’t say enough good things about this company just in that short experience that I had. There are other ones out here who are not honest at all even though they have a lot of good reviews just be warned.
