I love this dollar general in Ida, the only big issue is this employee AUBREY. She is constantly rude and mean to the customers, ignores the cash register when people are up there, having multiple times myself been ignored only for her to come back smelling like either some fruity vape, or just the massive stench of weed. Ive asked around about her here in Ida and apparently she does some other drugs too on shift, probably explains her constant hostility honestly. All my friends and I just walk out of the store if we see shes working at this point. Can somebody PLEASE fire her already? I miss going to this dollar general as its closer.

The old lady cheked me out and I am only 12 years old and I dident understand how to use tha card and she was super rude and ripped the card out of my hand and the manager should fire her

Was there today, when I first walked in manager I assume was busy, seemed friendly at first. But when I got to register, rang the bell, she came but acted like she was not happy I didn't use the self checkout. Told her I didn't like using them. No response & by her expression was sorta rude. Chances are I will not be back there.

This is a customer service, retail based position, is it not? If so then I would find someone else to run this place. I’ve seen this manager grab items aggressively, throw fits, snap at customers and employees, basically threw my stuff into the bags once, and today, well today was no different. This is the only place in Ida that we really have besides the gas station, I’m kind of sick of it sucking.

This store was my go to place to shop since I live in Ida. Unfortunately the store has gone downhill FAST. I used to go there 2-3 times a week, now I avoid going unless absolutely necessary. It's a fire hazard just being in the store with most of the merchandise/stock sitting on the floor. You literally CAN NOT push a cart down the aisles. It's definitely not handicap accessible. They had a good thing going. I hope they rectify this mess soon. Until then they aren't getting my business.

Rude worker and when a manager came in I told the worker I didn't want to hear anymore from her because she was rude and as she was walking out the door she said f_%& you manager didn't care
