The dealership told me they’d need my car for 3-5 days to repair a warranty covered part, and they had no loaners so I would have to rent a vehicle, I called Straub’s told him my dilemma and he ordered the part the same day, had the work completed the same day and it was certainly worth paying over dealing with a rental....
