Get what you pay for! Great place, great service. I haven't taken clothes to be dry cleaned for a while, so I was a little shocked by the prices, but I will be back

This establishment is very thorough, does a great job, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a person that does alterations. It is a bit expensive, but very thorough. Happy with alterations, cleaning, and customer service.

I have been with Huntington cleaners for 16 + years with excellent service delivery. Today an experience regarding an error by one of the staff became tense when I was requesting clarity to understand the error. Apparently,
A staff who was filling in errored by bagging all items in one bag and providing an incorrect amount to be received. Unfortunately, when I0 came in to place additional items to be cleaned a staff at the front counter who was new went to Karen regarding an entry of pick-up no pay in the system. When I addressed the fact that all items were in one bag I was informed by Karen and the other female that the "machine doesn't bag everything in one bag" both were adamant despite me sharing specifically that all items indeed were in the same bag insinuating that I was "lying." There interactions presented as disrespectful and condescending. The one Caucasian female that has been at the Collidge 11 mile site became abrupt and verbalized "Ihave other things to do" and began to walk away. I verbally shared that's fine but I have items to be submitted for cleaning. Only then did she return to the counter and enter the new order. Resultant from the disrespect and dismissive tone from Karen and the other Caucasian female I requested my items back and canceled the new cleaning order. I requested the number to the corporate office but was informed by both previously mentioned staff the number wasn't available and a message would be forwarded to Alisha to contact me at my listed contact #. Todays, interaction with two of the staff at the 11 mile Collidge site was extremely dissapointin in tone & presenting Overt DISRESPECT. I am awaiting contact from Alisha.

Outstanding service .. drop off in my building all in an app format was texted next day with my items ready to be picked up you also get a cool bag to put your items to be cleaned and dropped off shirts were done very well
