“They are always quick to sort through my clothes and offer me fair prices (especially compared with other consignments like Plato’s.) I love the option to get higher value in store credit when selling clothes, and that they easily donate all my clothes for me afterwards!”

“I have been here a few times now for dresses for my daughters dances. Some dresses are fairly expensive, some are very reasonable. Lots of changing rooms and there is even seating for those of us who are waiting for someone to find exactly what they are looking for.”
“Had a wonderful service/experience with two regular staff members and a customer service manager. We had an order that was sent incorrectly to our house, we were sent the wrong product. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.”
“My daughter got sick today at Macy's, she threw up three times, twice was on the carpet. She felt awful and was so embarrassed. We found an employee to tell and both of the gentleman that helped were phenomenal. I was blown away by how kind and understanding they were. Top notch, I wish I'd have gotten their names but it was just a bit stressful. However whoever you are, working today (6/10/24) around 2pm thank you so much. I told my daughter we'd have to come back and shop here because it was such a nice experience even though it was not a nice moment in our day.”

I usually only shop at Alpine but went to Grandville to pick up an item/size they were holding for me. Grandville was just helpful as Alpine. “I’ve shopped here at the Grandville location a few times now. The lady with the short gray hair is awesome. She’s always efficient and seems like a positive person. I’m not sure if she’s a manager here, but she does a great job of maintaining the store and making sure my shopping experience is enjoyable and easy to navigate. “My daughter is very modest and we have trouble finding her clothes that she feels comfortable in. We had a special occasion we were shopping for. We stopped in to Onalee's and explained this. Woman working gave us several suggestions for her to try on. She spent time talking with my daughter about what she liked and didn't like. My shy daughter left raving about how she wants to go back because the lady was so nice and she liked the clothes she tried on. The woman was so kind and patient because we tried on a LOT of different tops. I certainly plan to go back. This is my go to boutique now!!!”
