“A bit frustrated with using a GM employee disount. Seems that the cart was put before the horse and the contract was signed with the discount applierd but when I presented them with the GM discount code, because the contract was in one persons name and not the other, the GM disocunt had to be re-done vs just re-doing the contract and putting both names on. Come on guys, you should know better than this. If you need a discount code, at least tell the buyer up front who's name it has to be under. Also, when it comes to contracts, you should ask who's name should be on it or if both names should be..not assume it be based off of your credit app. Next time I will just get pre-approved as I did previously and shop around more vs. just going to the same place.”
