They have a problem with the end of the line in the tire scrub area. I have a F150 that is bone stock and for the last several weeks the scrubber grabs the front tires and the F150 stops moving and the belt is still moving vehicles behind me. If I wasn't fast to drop it in gear and move the vehicle behind would hit my truck. The second time it happened I went into the glass hiding place for the workers and told them of the problem and they said we know it needs to be fixed. Weeks later it still is not fixed and I have to drive through the dryer area. The vertical brushes in the same area have not been active for weeks. They need new management that is proactive when they have a problem. This location is sub-standard! Jenison and Grandville locations work just fine.

Confused on how a 16 dollar car wash doesn't get flower petals off my car. Not impressed by the wash, but hey they have free vacuums!

JUST BOUGHT THE WORKS UNLIMITED CAR ? WASH PACKAGE FOR $34.99 LAST NIGHT PAYING $20.00 INSTEAD TO MY SURPRISE GETTING A $14.99 DISCOUNT FOR A 30 DAY TRIAL OFFER WHICH I THINK IS AWESOME THAT'S EVEN OFFERED!! I WENT THROUGH THE CAR WASH AND WAS AMAZED AT THE IMMEDIATE BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT SHINY RESULTS BECAUSE MY CAR HASN'T BEEN WASHED IN A MONTH SO I WENT THROUGH AGAIN JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT and IN ALL HONESTY ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW WOW WOW!! TRULY TOP NOTCH CAR WASH HERE and IN COMPARISON TO THEIR COMPETITOR THAT I'VE BEEN USING FOR 12 YEARS.

I don't usually go to Tommy's to wash my vehicle. I've been to this location twice. Every time I get a car wash, I like to dry my windows and such. I still have so much dirt all over, and it's not like I only did the $10 wash. I usually go to an older car wash that charges only $8, and I get a way better wash. Tommy's may be convenient, but it's definitely not quality over quantity.

Like all Tommy's car wash locations, it's so easy, quick, and great clean. (Need one in Kalamazoo soon, however.) After hitting road debris in a brand new Tesla, I stopped here to inspect for damage and noticed a lot of greasy, tar like stains at the bottom of the vehicle, impossible for me to get off and too much to see if there were scratches. Then I went through the wash hoping it would at least get some of that off. When I was out, I was shocked to see everything perfectly clean and thankfully no damage. Usually I just go through and drive away... I'm not picky. This was the first time I inspected before and after to see results. (But get someone to put a Tommy's in Kalamazoo soon... ?)

Great car wash. Bad customer service. All the employees are parking in the free vacuum spots. Had to wait for a open spot, because 5 of them were taken by obviously lazy employees that didn't want to walk a extra 50 feet. Asked a employee about it. He said no one ever uses those spots. I said kind of hard to when you park in them all the time. Duh

On multiple occasions visiting this location, with my $34.99 membership -The Works membership, I’ve gone through and only gotten The Quality wash. When I go through again to get the wash that I actually pay for, I get the Ultimate Wash (an upgrade from Quality but still not what I’m paying for). So by the 3rd time through I’m annoyed, and I have to go through the cash lane to ask for The Works wash at the window to get it, despite a $34.99 charge on my account for it every month. I just don’t understand how or why this happens, but this my least favorite Tommy’s.

i went offloading in my lambo and it got super muddy. so i brought it to tommys, there car wash did not get any of the dirt off. i am planing on sewing but i don't have the money for a loyer. i'm very disappointed.

Very good carwash. With their Black Friday sale last November, we got a year's worth of washes for $10 per month. Can't beat that!

Being apart of the Tommy Club is great. Unlimited car washes a month I’m multiple locations around the country is a great way to keep your ride looking nice!

Had to go home and use my garden hose to finish an underbody flush. Gentle shower setting was enough to do the job right in contrast to Tommy's

They keep the line moving and you can get through quickly. Stick to the basic package as I fine the underbody wash and wheel cleaning subpar.

I love Tommy's express! The monthly package is the way to go. The carwash does a pretty good job getting my truck cleaned.

Similar to other reviews, hit or miss on the car wash, sometimes does a great job, other times completely misses back end and have to run through again, with minimal effectiveness
