Stopped in for an oil change. Got done sooner than anticipated. It would be nice if, at drop off, they would ask about related services (tire rotation, etc.) as a simple reminder; just in case something else is due.

I was taught to stay away from dealership service departments because they were too expensive or this or that. But since I purchased my car from Todd Wenzel over 2 years ago, I have used their service department for all of my cars service needs and they are awesome. Communication, prices, and service can't be beat.Services: Transmission

We bring our fleet cars here for major repairs. They are quick, but sometimes, the customer service can seem lillte rude at times.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My wife got a flat on the way to work driving from Grand Rapids to Holland and unfortunately had to pull off in Hudsonville to this dealership. When she walked in the service center she was promptly ignored by the service manager and 4 reps, all of which were sitting at their desks doing nothing. When we eventually greeted them, the service manager scowled and dismissed us to a rep to get a tire price. The rep appeared to be extremely inconvenienced that he had to do his job. We told him the make and model of the car we had and he very arrogantly told us that we had to go out to the parking lot and bring back the specifications on the tire. Apparently he couldn't be inconvenienced to check for us. After we came back in with the information he told us that he could get a single tire by this afternoon however they would not swap it until the next day. I then asked if there would be any extra fees because they were shipping the tire to the shop same day day and he smugly told me the the price wouldn't change and there was nothing they could do same day. After this I asked if he could refer us to another shop that may be able to help us and he was completely clueless and told us to drive the car back to Grandville on a flat and look for a shop there. It turns out there is an amazing shop called "No Time Flat" just down the road. Under no circumstances would I ever return to this dealership for anything, repair or purchase. They made it clear that they don't care about their customers or even doing the bare minimum at their jobs. STAY FAR AWAY!

I've been a customer for years and always have gone to them for oil changes and repairs. The last time I went, they raised oil changes by about $10. I just got in the mail both a $10 off coupon and a $10 gift card for being a loyal customer. I went in for an oil change and they said they would only honor one of them and in addition the prices were now $100 for an oil change when it was $80 last time (originally it was $70). Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and recommend to every person I meet not to use Todd Wenzel service department ever in their entire lives.

I brought my vehicle in for an engine issue. I worked with Nino who is always a great service consultant. He lined up a loaner for me to use. They do great work.

I have chosen to use Todd Wenzel over the years for one sole reason, the proximity to my house. My cousin owns a dealership but is 2 hours away. The lack of customer care I continue to get from the service department is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I have brought my cars in both under warranty several times, and it takes months to get them back with no contact as to what is going on. No even a text message or email say "hey don't worry still working on it" this last time, and the mail in the coffin is the in about lift of their technicians to find the problem. Telling me it is just "how it is supposed to be. You are imagining things" like I haven't just drove my car for 100,000 miles and I don't know what normal is and isn't. I called my cousins dealership, and one of the senior techs over the phone said.... 90% positive this is what it is. Couldn't tell you for sure until actually taking it off and looking at it, but charging back to warranty I wouldn't think twice about replacing it." I asked would he road test it before hand.. said he would, as well as 30-40 mins of the engine just running. I got my truck back, 0.1 hours in the engine had gone by, and only 1 miles was added to the odometer. The tech said at todd Wenzel "it seems to be working like it should"But what amount of testing could this have been if they spent 6mins or less on it and never took it out of the parking lot. I've submitted a review to BBB as well cause this is grade and stupidJust take your car somewhere else... these techs and service advisors aren't worth the air they breath.

We had some recall work done to our Equinox and found the service to be friendly and fast. This is a good dealership to do business with.

Its unfortunate that I can't give this place zero stars! My wife and I have worked with the service department for the last 2 years on vehicle repairs and spent over 5k with these crooksMy wife recently took her Cadillac CTS because the sun roof/roof drains are leaking. Her car was there for close to a month, they made excuse after excuse that they ordered the wrong part or this part didn't work etc etc.Once repairs were finally made and 900$ in Labor was paid.2 days later my wife went through the car wash and water was dripping all over while she was driving, it was even coming out of the air ventsWE then called the service department and after several attempts they finally made time to service her car. After they diagnosed the car a second time they told us that it wasn't the drains but that we now apparently need a new sun roof 2700$ was estimated for that. Why was this not figured out on first visit when they had it for a month? They then tried to charge me 300$ for the diagnosis of the leaking roof again.I then spoke with the service manager JERRY BROTTwho was very rude and unprofessional and wanted to do nothing to help just wanted to argue with me because I didn't want to pay them 2x to fix the same issue he then stated that I was not allowed to do business with them anymore.Point is we paid to have a leaking sun roof fixed and the problem was never fixed. It is like they just wanted to keep replacing parts till they found the issue at our expense. So I spent 900$ in repairs/labor and still have a leaking sun roof that pours all over my lap every time it rains.I would save yourself time and money and go to a real mechanic shop not a 2 or 3 time mechanic shop.Service: Auto water leak repair
