The car wash does a good job cleaning my truck but they are rarely open when I need a wash. It doesn’t pay having an unlimited wash package when I can’t get a wash. Being closed on Saturday and Sunday is a big mistake and will make me take my business down the road to Tommy’s; which is open when I need them.

ALWAYS CLOSED!!!! At least 25% of the time I go to use my UNLIMTED (haha!) carwash during their so called hours of operation, there is a sign out front saying 'closed'. I've used them for YEARS mainly because they are so cheap ... but beware, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, both in quality and quantity! I've emailed the car wash supervisor Steve McIntyre (email is no longer listed on website) at least 10 times over the years! Not as often, but I've included whomever is the GM of new & used dealerships as well and have NEVER gotten a single reply! Tommy's carwash is always busy when I pass on the way to and from Wenzel, there is usually a line and its more expensive, but it's a better wash AND you can actually get your car washed during business hours ... novel concept I know. I should be sending Wenzel a monthly bill for all of the wasted gas, time and cost of carwashes from Wenzel competitors when they are shut down!Don't waste your resources like I do!!(2/11 - 2pm Carwash closed again on this lovely 48 degree sunny day)

This place is awesome but yesterday and today it’s a shout out to the woman that is doing it alone! The line was long but her hard work is amazing whether she is by herself or team. Always with a smile as well!

I called and left a voicemail that I did not want to renew my car wash another month and it was renewed anyway. You can not find a phone number for the car wash and the number listed for it is the used car dealership and no one is helpful!!!!!

Don't sign up for a monthly subscription because no one will call you back when you try to cancel. They just keep charging you.

Brought my Suburban in to diagnose my radio problem. They found the problem but wanted to charge a large amount to fix. We decided not to have them do it. They charged me about half of what they quoted to do the work. Very happy with them especially Nicholas who was very good to work with.
