Kory and his team have taken care of us since moving to the area six years ago. We have since extended our happiness with their service to our family who lives a couple hours north and now they are also part of the RCC family! Fair pricing, top notch service and the feeling of being a person, not just a number, are what keep us coming back. Thank you, Kory & Team!! We'll see you soon!

Have always taken my Jeep to the dealer for work. Decided to try another car care facility. My 2 visits have been great. The work that was done makes the jeep feel young again. Ali and Jennifer have been great to deal with keeping me updated on progress and changes. So far has been a solid experience. Should have done this earlier.

I have been a customer of Rozema’s Car Care for several years. Kory, Jen, and the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I appreciate their willingness to explain what needs to be done and why so that I can make an informed decision with no pressure. When I get my vehicle back, I know the work has been done right. Highly recommend!

Great place, fast and friendly. I've had them do work on my wife's vehicle and my own and each time they are very thorough. They do an inspection and will let you know where everything is at. There online system for reporting back to you where they are during the process is top notch and you can easily get in touch with them.

I had a car towed to Rozema’s for an engine issue. They were very professional, honest, and their communication was exceptional. I would recommend Rozema’s and would use them again.

The staff was able to quickly yet thoroughly look over my car to address some concerns and suggest preventative maintenance. Alli and Cory were kind and had great communication. I'll be sure to update once I decide what work to do!

Not only did they complete the job at hand cheaper than comparable quotes, they were also quicker. I have utmost confidence in the quality of work as well. They've made return customers out of me and now my family.

Friendly staff and good communication BUT their prices are insane. Called for a rear drum brake job on a 98 jeep Wrangler. Asked to replace all the brake components rather than reuse since they were all original and 25+ years old. Also asked to have the wheel cylinders replaced too since again they are 25+ years old. I understand it's an old car with old parts. Some problems may arise but being it's just a brake job there isn't that much to it. They pre warned me that a lot of times the brake line will brake while trying to remove the wheel cylinders. Totally understandable especially for the age of the parts. I've replaced the driver side rear brake line once myself years ago. Annoying job to do but being that I did it at 18 years old... It's not THAT tough of a job. First quote around $1200. For a brake job! I review the parts and they are charging over 300% mark up on some parts and minimum 200% mark up. A $15 hardware kit was charged at $72. This is above what it would cost ME to buy not them. I bring this up to them. The staff member apologized and said she doesn't usually do quotes and was trying to help out without needing to bother the advisors. That's fine, honest mistake I guess. (If I had agreed to the price would the have corrected it?). She re-quotes me.... Minimum mark up still roughly 100%. So double what I can buy it for. And some parts are still a 300% mark up. Bill goes from $1200 to $1050.... For brakes. Gives me the speech of we need to mark things up, we are running a business, and need to make money, blah, blah ,blah. Cool, again understand you need to make a profit. Minus the brake line and fitting for $92, they want roughly $950 for the job. Minus the actual cost of parts $170, they want $780 for doing brakes. $575 is just labor and "shop costs". $575 in labor for a 2-3 hours brake job?!?!
I purchased parts myself for $150 and $30 worth of brake lines. Did the entire job myself including new brakes lines in 4 hours and for $180. For a professional mechanic it wouldn't have taken more than 2 hours. A REASONABLE price would have been $400 to $550 as that is what other places quoted me. They wanted $1050 for replacing 2 brakes and that was after I called them out for overpricing?!?! They seem to have many good reviews so I'm guessing they do a good job. I'm hoping my experience was an unusual one. If you use them you need to check their quotes and shop around.

I've always been afraid to bring my GMC Sierra with aftermarket upgrades to the dealer because I feared the technicians and service advisors wouldn't understand the issues with the truck and things they would say about it. The truck has stuff from upgrades from the engine and transmission, to the suspension and electronics. And whenever I've not been able to figure out an issue myself or don't have the time to do stuff, they've always been understanding and honored to help me. Less than a mile from home is a plus.
