Had an appointment with Michelle for sugaring. She had great communication leading to the appointment. The room was warm and comfortable. Michelle was skilled at the procedures, and was friendly and funny. She kept up a great conversation that kept me relaxed during the appointment, even with the different positions I had to hold. More comfortable experience than visiting a gyno 100%!! Will definitely stick with her for all my future appointments!

There’s part of me that hesitates to post my review because my girl is a gem and she’s already booking out a little bit - but I would be remiss to not give her the review she very much deserves! Paige is an expert of color for her fellow blondes! (Ladies, you know what I’m talking about!) She’s creative and asks good questions that help you zero in on your style plan before getting started, she’s so easy to talk to and remembers where you left off from the last time you sat in her chair and the reveal at the end of every visit has me feeling so refreshed and confident because it’s always so much better than I even envisioned it. When you call Roots Salon for an appointment- ask for Paige! You’re welcome ??♀️

Incredible people, very friendly, and they can all hold conversation so well! I moved to this salon with my hairstylist that was in Holland prior to and had never met Paige before but she was recommended for nails. I had such a wonderful experience with Paige and she was such a great listener and it truly seemed like she cared about what I was saying!
Requested style: I had my nails done by Paige for a vacation and a wedding and she did an incredible job every time! I’d definitely go to her again!
