This review is a month late due to the inability to post pictures until now thanks to technical difficulties, my phone wouldn't let me upload so I had to find access to a computer. All photos were taken the same afternoon as the car was cleaned and returned to us.I am extremely unhappy with the service preformed on my vehicle. The work that they did was great, but the problem is they didn't do nearly the amount of work that we paid for, not even the basics like vacuuming. I bought a car that was owned by a family with children and they left quite a mess behind so we brought the vehicle here to be detailed, and due to the condition of the food and such they left behind they charged us an extra $50 and had my car for 5 hours, which we were ok with considering how gross the food was. There wasn't an overwhelming amount of food, but it was not pretty. They only got the 2nd star because of what they did actually do, they did well, otherwise it would be a 1 star.They did great with shampooing my seats and mats, cleaning up my dash/windshield and wiping down the dirt on the interior roof. But there was still a mess on the carpet beneath the mats that we easily vacuumed up at the local carwash, there was food and crayons under my seats and a red gummy bear by the seatbelt latch in the back seat, there was dust in the hinge where my seats fold down on both sides (as seen in a photo all I did was wipe my finger on it and it came off), there was still food in the tracks for the seats and in the door cupholders (no pictures as my boyfriend removed them before I took photos), there was still dirt on the plastic on the back of my front passenger seat (you can see in the picture where I took a simple ArmorAll wipe and cleaned half of it on my own with an easy wipe. They also left behind a streak of grease on my car outside (which wouldn't be a big deal, but they could have cleaned up after themselves).My boyfriend had to take the car to Tommy's and used their vacuum to clean up what should have been part of the basic cleaning on their part, which they failed to do. My mats, windshield, dash, and seats look great, but the rest of my car barely looked touched, and for 5 hours of work that's insane. If they had said they were unable to finish due to how much work there was and there were other vehicles, we could have understood and brought it back when there was more time, but they gave it back to us as if it were done and still charged us extra money when it was an incomplete job. We will never be returning to this business.

My wife and I have been struggling to find a good place to take our vehicles to be detailed, and we have wasted hundreds of dollars trying out different options in and around the Hudsonville/Jenison area. I can't believe I had never noticed Premier Auto & RV Detailing before, since they are only about 1/2 mile from our home. Well my wife took her 2017 Honda CRV to a different detailing business in Hudsonville and I took my 2018 Honda Accord to Premier Auto & RV. My wife's vehicle still had debris in the cup holders, all of her windows and instrumentation lenses were smeared and smudged, her engine compartment was still filthy, and the sidewalls of her tires looked dull and dirty. When I picked up my car from Premier Auto and RV, I was extremely pleased at the flawless job they did on both the inside and outside. No streaks or smudges on windows or instrumentation lenses, no dust or debris could be found anywhere inside my vehicle, the leather seats had been cleaned and treated and looked amazing, the engine compartment was clean and spot free, and my tires looked like they were brand new! Premier even gave me a $30 new customer discount for trying them out. I am so happy that I found this place, and they have earned my business for both of our family vehicles going forward. If you are looking for an reliable auto detailer in the Hudsonville area, then I strongly urge you to give Premier Auto and RV Detailing a try.

Unbelievably awesome detail. My car was filthy and came back looking spotless. I never thought it could look that good again. Put it up for sale and got asking price! Professional and courteous staff.
