Needed some help and some new parts and Shane was extremely helpful. He was kind, answered multiple questions, showed me what to buy, and even let me borrow a personal tool of his so I could use my new supplies at the store and let him know if I had follow up questions. I have not had this level of customer service any where in a long time- 10 of 10, 100 of 100- Shane really went above and beyond and was a tremendous help.
Hope he’s there every time I go now!

I was 3 hours from home with a check engine light, they scanned my car and found out it was a bad ignition coil, they lent me the tools to change it and I fixed it in the parking lot, absolutely saved my whole day. Thanks Rachael!

Service was quick, and fantastic. They had 2 items l needed. To top it off Declan came out in the cold windy weather and installed my headlight replacement light. That meant a lot to me!

Best service, good prices.Stopped to have check engine code read for free. Jacob was very helpful. Before driving away I realized we needed new wipers so I went back in to the store. Purchased new with Jacob's help. He offered to install them. Sure. As he was very efficiently installing i relayed the contrast of his great customer service to that of local NAPA (where I recently had been treated with horrible customer service). He offered to clean the battery terminals and add protectant. I didn't buy the battery from him but here he is helping.O'Reilly has great service and I'll be returning here for all my auto parts needs. Highly recommend Jacob!
