If your not storing your stuff att their facility your doing yourself a disservice. “There was an misunderstanding about door to door servers. I was moving from Michigan to some where in either Houston or Dallas, TX. I wasn't sure what area yet and I told the sales man, I wasn't sure on the address. The sales person told me its door to door and that we can just store your containers until you move and find a home. My understanding from the sales person when I ordered the moving containers that all addresses were door to door. But this is not true, some areas they do not service. And you will have to move your stuff out of shipping containers and put in a truck and move them from there trucking center. I had called and had to ask to speak to a manager and told her of the misunderstanding between me and sales person. That it was my understanding it was door to door service. She understood the mis communication and address the problem professionally and responsively by helping me out and delivering the U-pack storage containers on Saturday for me when it was not in the service area. Thank you U-Pack for understanding, and helping a Disable Veteran out.”
