STAY AWAY!! If I could give a 0 I would!
Went to have new tires placed on my car and was given estimates for 3 different types of tires. I made my choice and the total would be a little under $600. When I dropped off my car I was told by Sarah that they had to change the type of tire because they could only get 3 and they were discontinued. She said they went with the next comparable one but would price match what was quoted. Then when it was done they tried to charge me over $1000 saying that the original estimate was for 2 tires…really!?!?!?. The estimate clearly says 4 tires. Be careful, they do not honor their estimates/price quotes!!

I recently had a vehicle breakdown and needed help quickly. Grand Valley towing recommended Jamestown Automotive and said they had a good reputation. Awesome experience! Got my truck in quickly and had a loaner car also. Very friendly, helpful and good communication throughout the process, with texting and website links, better than most dealerships!

I needed to have my brakes looked at in a short notice. Called on Friday and they said that they would do there best to fit me in on Monday morning. Got vehicle there dropped it off and they was able to get it in and done by early afternoon. Good job done by a very friendly business.
