went in for a pedicure and an acrylic set, my pedicure was awesome. my acrylics? where do i start? i asked for medium length. they're short. half of them are crooked. some are different lengths. the shape is all wonky. i messaged them to ask about getting them fixed or getting a refund but instead got told that my nails would be cut off if i wanted a refund of any kind?!! very unfortunate that Ivy does business this way. i felt very rushed! do not recommend!!!

Horrible service ! I asked for acrylic to be put on my natural nail , keep it short , and put some nail polish on … it’s easy , nothing special . It didn’t bother me that she was absolutely unfriendly since I don’t need to talk to you as long as you provide great service . She put the acrylic on , barely filed it, then slapped the nail polish on and called it a day . I told her that I was not happy with the result as you can tell in the picture there were bumps in the acrylic due to her not filing my nail , the nail polish was streaked and the top coat clearly not mat . She charged me $50 , no apology, no discount, not one word out of her mouth to offer to fix it !!! I will NEVER go back again !!! If you don’t like your job get a new on !!!

This was my first time in this nail salon. I got a pedicure and a fill. I have been getting my nails done for years. I have never had my feet feel so soft after a pedicure. I also LOVE the design the nail tech did on my ring finger and big toe. The are very friendly and are on a first name basis with all their cliants. I made a future apointment.

I was frustrated the minute I walked in the door. I called earlier in the day and set up a 4:30 appt. I walked in the door exactly at 4:30 and the first thing the guy said was "you're kinda late" because evidently they mixed up the time on their end. All I asked for was polish exchange for 4 little girls. If they take walk ins and they could help me anyway, then why was the rude greeting warranted?!
I'm not sure the guy had ever polished nails before because he started painting one of my girls first, but the lady got through my 3 other girls before he finished with my first one. When we left, my girls asked if we could not go back there again because they didn't enjoy the environment either. Two stars only because he didn't charge me for the polish job that he did.

Ivy always does an amazing job. My manicures last so much longer than when I've had them done at "fancy" salons. Hard working woman who does great job. Highly recommend.

Let me just start off with saying, AMAZING SERVICE. Every time I have come here Ivy and whoever is there helping her have always been so kind! Me and my mom always look forward to coming and getting our nails and toes done! I have always had amazing service here and my acrylic nails always stay on for 2 weeks+. My mom always gets the dip on her nails and lasts for a super long time with her and she loves it. My latest nails I have gotten are probably my favorite I have gotten so far!! What really makes me sad is how many bad reviews this nail salon gets. People are putting so much hate towards this salon and I cannot even imagine how hard it is to run a nail salon with almost no help! I have had nothing but good service when coming here! Again, love coming here and always look forward to seeing Ivy when coming here!!Services: Foot massages

Could not do 0 stars. Not sure what they did to my nails. I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a mani/pedi; twice as long as normal. They charged me an extra $35 to have a gel manicure instead of the dip I wanted. Not sure what was done, my nails are really hard. I will NEVER step foot into this establishment again. Too bad, it is really close to my home and had never had a problem there before.Services: Pedicure

Great place for a shellac mani/pedi! They pay close attention to detail and precision. They have a very wide selection of shellac polish to choose from as well. Love the color/mood changing colors that they offer. The owner is very friendly. This has been my go-to place for the past year now and I love coming here!
