I was directed to this company for a U-Haul truck rental. I set everything up and it all looked great for the moving day my daughter needed the truck for. However, I later received a call telling me that no truck of any size is available at that location, and that I would need to drive over a half hour away in order to pick up a truck. So basically Richter Self Storage is a U-Haul reseller, but they do not have any inventory, and even if you setup a rental with them you will likely have to drive quite some distance to get your truck and drop it back off. I mean, why even bother trying to pick out a local pickup location when you will ultimately have to drive to a main U-Haul hub in a big city anyway. Very frustrating and disappointing. Call Richter for self storage, but I think you can skip them if you are looking to rent a U-Haul truck. :-(

Called and they answered the first time. Friendly. Very helpful. Said, "I want to make this as easy as possible for you the customer." If he does what he says he's going to do, I'm going to be thrilled. Thanks for the great first impression. Nice doing business with people who actually answer their phone.

It's the cheapest place around. Owner is really understanding and patient. Does not always respond right away but does respond.

We were there for 2 1/2 years. Excellent customer service. Never had any issues. Great at communicating if there were any questions. Would definitely use them again if we needed it.

.The guy who runs this has no idea how to run a business. My bill was paid in full and he never cashed the check, but then threatened to auction off my unit. And inside my unit the wall panels were not finished properly. Needless to say I no longer use this storage unit.

They will rip u off my rent was 35 doller and for two mth bill I got charged 141 dollars they don't care about customer service and they will not explain to me why my bill is high. DO NOT GO HERE

This service was amazing. The lady who managed it was always helpful and I had no issues with the unit itself. The unit was easy to find and surrounding areas were well lit. Tip: Bring a flashlight as units themselves are not lit. Perhaps some of the the bigger units are but I just needed a small space.
