Bought a Ford super duty a few weeks ago from Travis. Couldn't be happier with the laid back approach he has. I don't care for being pushed like most dealers do. Even let my pooch run around with the kids on the lot for a few. Gave me a great price and the stereo was working but display didn't really work. He sent me a replacement just like he said he would. Very nice lot of vehicles and clean and professional office. Thanks again buddy!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Travis was a fantastic salesman. He offered all the assistance I needed and gave me the freedom to look and test drive at my own leisure. Answered any questions I had. The selection on the lot all matched the website so it was very refreshing compared to other dealerships. No pushy sales. No trying to upsell. This experience could not have went better. I would highly recommend HTS and Travis!

Yeh I bought a 2011 Honda crv on October 16 I haven’t even driven the vehicle 50 miles before there were serious mechanical issues. Called them to see if they would help out. They pretty much blew me off. Now Iam stuck with a car that I bought at a inflated price and will have to stick as much as $ 2000.00 to fix. I want to keep my friends so would not even recommend this place to a enemy.

Be VERY careful buying a vehicle from this lot. I recently purchased a Jeep Liberty for a VERY inflated price from HTS and took it to my mechanic to check out expecting to find a couple things that needed to be fixed. On top of the brake light that was out and crumbling valve stems that had to be replaced the vehicle needed over $6500 of maintenance on some pretty serious issues. This vehicle was barely worth the cost of the repairs that needed to be done. Contacted HTS about the issues and have yet to get a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from this shady car lot.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership almost 2 years ago and have had to put thousands into it after learning there were many things wrong with it. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but with seeing how many people have had the same exact issue I just had to! I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks after purchasing my daughters first vehicle, I have to leave this review. I was hoping that this dealership would come through and stand behind what they advertised but that is not the case. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape on a Thursday, this was my daughters first car. About an hour after we drove off the lot, we discovered that the USB outlet did not charge but also that the bluetooth and sync function did not work. After several emails and missed phone calls over the course of about a week, we finally brought the vehicle in for them to look at. After a day or so they had 2 mechanics look at it. In short, they said it is about a $1500 dollar repair that they were not going to cover. After eventually talking to the owner Austin, the basic response was it is a used car and the buyer should verify anything they want in the vehicle before purchasing. The options for bluetooth and sync are what the car came with before but was not verified by the dealership, even though it was advertised as having this functionality. So we should have verified that what was listed actually worked before buying. The owner did offer a few more suggestions to try to fix it but said "they are already $300 into this stupid thing" and they were not going to do anything else. Long story short, I would not recommend buying from this dealership. They did not communicate well and then did not stand behind the advertising of the vehicle. They do not test most of the components on the vehicle so if you do buy, verify what is important to you. I would not be going back to them or recommend them to anyone else. Buy at your own risk. Hoping nothing else goes wrong that was not inspected.

Last week I left a poor review for this company, and I was very unfair. Unfortunately I was acting strictly on emotions and not facts. I have spoken with Austin from HTS Auto Sales a couple of times since I left the review. It is very clear to me that he cares about this business and the people of the community. When I am in need of a car, I would definitely visit HTS Auto Sales because from talking to Austin, I feel like this is a fair and honest dealership.
