1st visit for rabies shot and I'm so glad I switch to this vet clinic. The veterinary technician was so nice and knowledgeable and the veterinarian was also great. The vet took the time to do a thorough exam and explained everything. I left feeling like we found a great local veterinary clinic that focuses on the animals and not overcharging. Thank You GAH team!

We had to put our beloved hamster down. They were so good to us and even made us a keepsake. It means so much to me and my daughter.

I can't say enough good about this place. Dr. Good is so GREAT at what she does. Her staff and techs are outstanding. When they know you are on a tight budget, they find ways to help you and still maintain the professional quality and service to my pets. Dr. Good is so thorough and always does follow up calls to see how her patients are doing. I have never seen such excellent quality and professionalism from a Vet before.

Love this place! I’ve had multiple animals, and have been a client here for 20 years.

I brought my first two dogs to GAH for a combined 23 years. The staff (vets, techs, and desk) were highly skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and treated my dogs as if they were their own. In addition, their facilities were clean and comfortable, and their techniques, equipment, and partnerships were top-notch. I couldn't have asked for more. And my new puppy's first wellness check, in 2019, was great, as usual. HOWEVER, when I brought her in three weeks later to get her nails clipped, it was as if everyone had sold their souls to Satan. While she was "in back," I heard her screaming and screaming at the top of her tiny lungs. I was extremely alarmed, and my first instinct was to go running to her, but it never crossed my mind that anyone at GAH would actually harm my puppy. So I waited. Worst mistake I ever made. What happened was my puppy wasn't into getting her nails clipped that day, and my vet of 23 years told me that she allowed the vet tech, with whom I was well acquainted, to perform an ALPHA ROLL on my 12-WEEK-OLD PUPPY. But my little puppy fought back so hard that the tech needed medical attention. Good for my puppy!! The tech got lucky, though, because if *I* had seen her roll my puppy, it would've been *much* worse for her. Then my vet of 23 years had the utter gall to tell me to bring my puppy somewhere else to get her nails clipped. Needless to say, I never stepped foot in GAH again. I would give GAH five stars for how they handled my first two dogs; one star, only because I can't give fewer, for how they treated my third. So I'm splitting the difference and leaving it up to you to decide. Maybe you'll get lucky. But heed my advice: Don't ever let your dog out of your sight.

These are my new heros! I picked up a cat that had been hit by a car but was still alive. After my (former) vet's office refused to let me bring her in and expressed no compassion about the situation, I stopped in to Georgetown Animal Hospital because they were close. They did not hesitate, and with the compassion you'd expect, they welcomed me and this stray into their office. They gave her their best care and kept me updated throughout the day. I now have a new Vet because of their compassionate, caring, and quick response to a person and cat in need.

Our pet started going here in December and unfortunately after 7 years of perfect health she started having issues. After a few weeks of trying to diagnose and treat, we found out she has a terminal form of cancer. Dr. Meyer and all of the staff at Georgetown Animal Hospital have been nothing but competent and compassionate in their care.

Staff cares and is very friendly. Management does not care about customer relations and only cares about their $$. When issue arose, manager didn't follow up until I went back in to discuss with him. What care will they show your animal if it's only focused on $$$??
