I never post Google reviews but am compelled here. Avoid this place at all costs. I had a question, never called an accountant before in my life, and Gail yelled at me on how she won’t help me and hung up. While there may be rules about clients/consulting etc, what is never okay to be extraordinarily rude, without warrant, to a potential customer who wants to pay for services provided. As a contrast, I called another local accountant, and, while they checked and couldn’t help me, the were kind and pointed me in a direction of someone who could.Do not use this business’s service. If you are a current client, get out while you can. There are plenty of other accountants that deserve business. This one does not.
