I like going here. Always have the nicest people working and usually have everything nice and stocked. My one complaint would be the pop is aisle. I am a short woman and I can't reach the 2 liters. It would be great if there was some sort of option other then having to find someone to help everytime I want something down.

In this day and age, every Family fare I've been to is a sad excuse for a modern day grocery store. Step into a Kroger and you'll see what I'm talking about. This store has a very limited produce section, a very limited meat selection. Very limited ethnic selection (Mexican in particular), limited deli meat selection.
The decor is outdated (think 2010). The store on 20th is even worse in all aspects. We only go to a FF if absolutely necessary, it's Meijer or Whole Foods for most of our shopping. We've even driven to Lansing for their Kroger just to avoid FF.

horrible! employees were rude and very slow! i ordered a venti and received a grande! and when i said i ordered a venti the guy who made by drink gave me a bad look and said no you didn’t when my friend heard me say venti! they have no good customer service there! and i also asked for extra strawberries and got a lesser amount than i would normally! worst Starbucks around!

Had no trouble finding the items I came in for. They are about 20% higher cost than shopping at Meijer but this was faster and more convenient. They only have a six or seven checkouts so I did have to wait about five minutes in line but really didn’t have a problem with that. The Starbucks was pretty fast.
