These guys apparently cant find resolutions to o2 sensor lights, they have had my car 3 times for the same problem and expect to charge me everytime they touch something, i put my car in there because i cant find the resolution, not so you can charge me for things you think will work. Absolutely terrible place for repairs.

Our son's car was having a muffler issue so we took it into Dykstra's Auto to get an estimate for repair. We dropped off the car and went back the next day and they presented us with a laundry list of issues (including replacing the wiper blades) they wanted to repair. It is an old car....we know it is not perfect. We JUST needed the muffler fixed. We did not ask them to look at anything else. We decided to decline their services, but they charged us $61 just for taking a look at the vehicle. Never have we had a shop charge us for looking at a car and giving an estimate, nor were we informed of this policy up front. I would proceed with caution if you choose to take your vehicle here.

Had to get a new transmission put in & motor mount. Dykstra’s was very up front with us about the cost & gave possible solutions. Work was done in a timely manner & car is running great! Very friendly service too!

Really nice people and professional, that's the good. Went in for a squeaky wheel on 8/30 and they wanted nearly $1400 for new pads and rotors on a 2020 CX-9 with just over 23K miles, that's not so good. Was trying to save time but decided to do it myself, found only one pad was bad on the front inside driver side(worn down to the squeal sensor) caused by brake caliper pin being bound up from a broken boot. Back brakes and passenger side have more than half the pad left, measured over 6mm using my digital caliper. Changed all front pads, pins, boots, brackets and new grease for $80 and everything has been dead silent. All rotors were glass smooth. Not sure how they got the diagnosis so wrong. Maybe just a bad day for one of their mechanics but not sure I can trust them again.

I have been to Dykstras a couple times now. The customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced anywhere else. Ethan and the crew are great to work with, and I have no doubt that I’m getting quality work done. It’s very comforting to know I can rely on these guys to give me an honest assessment of my vehicle and they’re not trying to pull one over on me. Thank you Ethan and crew!

Service is great. Price a little higher than the shop closest to me.Bottom line, job done correctly and finished at the end of the day. No late phone call saying we have a problem.

They tested my battery and replaced it. I wasn’t impressed with the diagnosis of the ford sync LED screen issue though. After the tech diagnosed and couldn’t fix the frozen screen, i was told to bring it to a ford dealer to test and probably replace. I googled the problem, rebooted and it’s worked since. Seems like the tech should have tried that. Overall, I feel service has gone down since it’s gone from a fairly local repair shop to such a large organization
