The receptionist was very nice and professional. So here is the rub. The sales people seem to have an arrogant attitude as if you were bothering them. Secondly their payment policy is 50 percent down and the remaining balance due 24-48 hours prior to the installation. That was the deal breaker for me.I went to Standale Interiors and the salespeople were friendly and professional. Their payment poly was 50 percent down and payment in full after the installation. This makes sense. Also the exact same itemized billing was almost $900 less than Degraff Interiors. This was an easy secession for me.

We went through DeGraaf for new flooring in our bedroom and closet. They had a great selection and Kailyn was so helpful throughout the whole process. We had a bit of a hiccup during installation but it was addressed quickly and professionally. I’d definitely recommend them!

The salesperson, Kailyn, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices were fair, and the quality of the tile that we purchased is outstanding. Our installer, Joe A., was diligent, thoughtful, and considerate. We will recommend DeGraaf and be back to shop in the future.

Everyone I worked with at DeGraaf Interiors was great! They got us quotes within the day and got us scheduled right away for our carpet install. The whole experience made the stressful situation of having water damage turn into anything but. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the assistance provided us by Jerri Lynn Tetrick from DeGraff Interiors in remodeling our home. Her recommendations for a painter and company to refinish our wood floors were excellent along with arranging installers for the rest of the project. The refinished wood floors in the the kitchen/dining area, the freshly painted walls, the new carpeting in the living room/hallway and bedrooms, the quartz countertop and new sink and finally the tile backsplash all look great.Thank you again Jerri Lynn and DeGraff and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to remodel their home.

The demeanor exhibited from everyone at DeGraaf Interiors was excellent.Robin Lubbers was professional, knowledgeable and very delightful to work with. I will be quick to recommend her to anyone.Subsequent to my serving on the board of the Better Business Bureau for six years, I truly appreciated Pete's willingness to listen to my concerns and then address them professionally.The installers were also very friendly and accommodating, performed a professional installation and did a great job with cleaning up and ultimate removal of debris.Upon completion, before leaving the installers asked me to review the installation with them . The original wait time for an appointment to have new flooring installed was 5 to 8 weeks. However, they were able to get us in within about three weeks. They said it would be a two day job, and the guys finished in one day. Happy with the job. No complaints.
