We have stored our trailers and 5th wheels with DC Storage since 2006 until now and there is not a better place to work with, our units were always well cared for and always very friendly, Rob sold a unit for us and took care of all the details, also very happy with him

I never do a product or a service review until after I have dealt with the commodity for at least 3 months. We stored our 40’ motorhome at DC Storage and were very, very happy we picked them. Dylan in Service and his crew worked on a long list of items we needed addressed. So while the bus was in a very secure storage ( large metal buildings with cement floors, no access by owners, only employees) we had it serviced as well. Everything from oil changes to fogged window repair. And a wash and wax. All the staff were super helpful and communicated with us. And we felt both the storage and the service were reasonably priced. Esp. when you consider the issues with scheduling and moving a 40’ vehicle around. We will definitely be going back there again this year.

This place is amazing!!! We bought a used camper here with Robb who was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process! This past weekend we went to pull our trailer out of storage and realized we left our keys in Ann Arbor... Miko went above and beyond helping us in our stressful situation!!! These guys are the absolute BEST.

Great company to work with on the purchase of our new (to us) travel trailer. Everything was sparkling clean and staff were helpful, going above and beyond in many cases.

Always polite and professional. I can't comment on the storage facility as customers are not allowed in them. But I have had no issues yet. I may chose the indoor location for winter.

Buyer beware. Bought a 2000 Newmar Dutch Star about 5 1/2 moths ago. Robb told us that the generator and hot water heater didn't work. He told us that the sellers ( the Smiths) wouldn't fix the generator but would replace the hot water heater and we agreed with that. We took Robbs word for it on the wster heater and didnt check it ourselves. Stupid us for trusting this company. We brought it to a shop and had the generator fix. We then brought it to the campground and started it up .Have had nothing but trouble with the water heater that wasn't replaced!! Robb then told us that they supposedly fixed it... NOT A CHANCE...

Doug and Cindy are the nicest people whom I have ever met. The facility is a class act. Great Pricing, been with them for now 8 years and will be with them for a long time to come. DC Storage has the old school customer service, they are personal, they are caring. They can accommodate your storage needs. They also have trailer sales and service for your needs.

DC Storage sold my motorhome in a very short amount of time for a fair price. The process from beginning to end was professional, easy and transparent. Dealing with Robb was a real pleasure and his personality instills in the customer the utmost confidence in his ability to do a great job for both the seller and buyer. OUTSTANDING place to do business!!

PSA announcement: Do not use DC storage!!!We entrusted DC storage to keep our items safe while we built our new home. With that said we lost half of all we had!Unfortunately several of our items were found in our storage unit completely molded. This was not just surface mold that could be wiped off with a rag and proper cleaner. We of course had coverage on our items at the time as instructed by DC storage and our insurance agent. Our insurance would cover basically everything other than mold. So after that avenue was shut down, we decided to see if DC storage in Hudsonville would do something more for us and step up to the plate as our issue was obviously something more than simply wiping off personal items.Pictures are attached of the mold, which was also growing on the 2x4 studs of the unit. DC storage mentioned they had a few others near us have mold damage this summer with the higher heat days. For those clients they simply just wiped off personal items and let them air dry. The owner Cindy also stated that just the “garage style units” sometimes get mold so do their RV storage units. Generally all they need to do is wipe the areas. I am beyond speechless, but at the same time at least she was honest about the issues. I absolutely can’t believe Doug and Cindy would keep taking customers funds without giving a PSA of their own.The only thing they offered us after 1,000’s of dollars in damage was an apology, a suggestion to “wipe off with mold cleaner” the furniture, specifically the bassinet since we left it (My husband even asked them if they would put their own daughter or granddaughter back in that after being professionally cleaned and they said “we would just donate it”.) and $300 back. Not a option to get a full refund on our 9 month stay, nor an option to pay for mold remediation to attempt to clean it up professionally (or even offer to go halfway with us on that price).$300 and that is it?! After your unit obviously has issues and grew onto our items? The part that is the most unprofessional is the negligence they had when they said “yeah other units had it this summer too”. Again no newsletter to announce that? Or a phone call to say “Hey come check on your things”?Our items are gone (two mattresses, queen bedroom set, king bedroom set (that we planned on having until we died), sectional couch, recliner, all the items inside the drawers that we didn’t have space for in our temporary living, art work, bedding/pillows, baby stuff, and I am sure I am blocking out even more). Why would we wipe clean and bring those into our new home and risk that growing there? At the end of the day, they are just items, but the fact all they did for us was $300 is heartbreaking!!! Please consider other options if you need to store items. I think Cindy said it best, If you have nice things like furiture she would recommend using a climate controlled facilities and not theirs.
