I ordered and paid for a part in (in advance) and was given the wrong part 2 times. After driving to the store 2 different times for the wrong part,(EMPLOYEE MISTAKE), they still charged me for shipping the wrong part. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

The staff is great and very helpful put what the corporation did to this store sucks there was time where you where able to walk in and get what you need they had most everything a small town auto parts store need put now after the renovation they where made to do this place has nothing any of the farmers or people out in the country side need to get small engine and other projects done please put the store back that way it was.

The employees are always so helpful. The store is always clean and bright. My windshield wiper broke again and they always put on the new one or change the bulb that went out. I always really appreciate these things that they help me with. It takes them minutes to fix. If I had to do it I would probably be there half the day!

Ordered a door part and when I received the part it was completely different than what I was told. Then was told the part I actually need now cannot be ordered now magically. Was denied a full refund. Will not go back to this place and I recommend you thinking twice before going yourself. Don't know what the hell they are doing. ( Side note: Ken was nice with all my encounters with him) hope he finds a better place to work
