My daughter has been trying to get her refund from a cancellation since January. They sent it to the wrong finance company and are doing nothing to rectify the situation. After multiple calls and emailing documents 4 times she is just getting the runaround.

Was simple and less expensive than dealer or aftermarket warranty I worked for 18 years at a dodge dealer and I can tell you having a Chrysler warranty gives me piece of mind

Bought an added Care warranty for $1500 and the first thing that goes wrong is a $30 fuel tank purge hose. Was it covered? Of course not. I guess I should have spent another $800 on full warranty to save $200 on the repair. The $1500 was basically for a two year warranty. Buyer beware...

Speaking for myself, I have received only the best service from CR Motors service department. I usually deal with **** or Jake in Service, both are very honest and customer friendly. I don't like recommend a company, but, CR Motors Service Department is excellent.

I have damages to my vehicle and they will not cover them.I paid extra for the black top package and now I have a chip in the paint on one of my Rims and they won't fixit because they determined it was a rock but the chip is getting bigger.I have a wear mark on my driver's seat from the seat belt and it is getting worse pretty soon there will be a hole in the seat and they won't fix it either. So I think Chrysler perfection sucks.

Set up was fine. I have not had to use the warranty, I hope it is good if I ever have to. I have not received any information yet though. That is the reason for 3 stars at this time.. I received the paperwork, but my name is spelled wrong

They have great customer service and saved me over $1000.00 on my Jeep extended warranty. I would highly recommend Chrysler warranty direct.
