I would give more stars if possible. Sorry I'm writing this message so late but a few months ago I had to put my 18 year old dog to sleep and the entire staff was so kind and helpful. They had the room ready when I arrived with a little bed set up and surrounded by treats. My dog Roxy seemed very relaxed and went very peacefully.I truly appreciate everyone from the front desk, assistants and the doctor. I cannot imagine how physically and mentally draining your jobs are but please know you are appreciated.I also got the paw print package thing and think it was worth the money.

Overall negative experience. Took my pup in after sending them pics of a "growth" on her ear. They called me to bring her in sooner than the scheduled appointment we had in a few day so I did. Showed up 10 min early, waited for more than a half hour past my appointment time. She needed an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and an ointment for an ear infection. Asked about getting the meds through chewy cause funds are tight at the moment and they said she needed them right away. So I got them, only to find them for $26.56 at chewy vs the $120.11 they charged. Didnt get the ointment from them because I still had some at home but their price was double the chewy price. Lesson learned....

Bad experience at this vet the help didn't want to answer my question about my dog getting ill from medication just kept on saying make an appointment. They over prescribed the medication for to long a time and my fur baby got very ill.

Everyone is so nice! The vets are all very informative and speak to you like they are caring for their own animals. They don't push unnecessary services which is much appreciated.

They provided excellent care to our dogs and explained everything clearly. We recently had to put down our 15 year old dog. From the phone call to schedule the procedure to the actual euthanasia everything was elegantly handled. Highly recommend them!

It was time for our 14 year old dog to move on to a better place. They were just great with everything and want to thank the staff for their compassion.

Very thankful for this place! My dog became ill on a holiday weekend. Her vet was closed and every other place I called said they couldn’t get her in.Countryside made room in their schedule to see her. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist, the tech Madeline and of course Dr. Kennedy! Thank you all!!!!

VCA was able to get my cat in urgently when my regular vet could not. Amy, at the front desk, was so helpful and caring towards the situation. Dr. Warren quickly saw our cat, told us the treatment plan, and got my cat feeling better. Would recommend VCA in a heart beat.
