Stopped in on labor day - had a great conversation with Mike on what we were looking for, and what we had tried out over the past 16 years. Very low-pressure sales, answered all our questions and we had several options.

We had a great experience with Michelle at the Birmingham location. She was very informative and took the time to call several locations looking for the right mattress for us. She found two mattresses that met our needs. We ended up buying our mattress from Mike at the Howell location who was also very helpful.
