I was in a pinch today and needed (1) 8.5x11 color print on card stock. Ordered online from FedEx, MISTAKE, I get there 45min after I ordered it, they tell me “NOPE you selected a pick-up time of 6pm”, I said I’m sorry didn’t know I thought it was ASAP. “Well we can print until then sorry”. So I left and went to the Howell UPS Store and GLAD I did because not only were their customer service excellent I was IN AND OUT in less than 8min!! I will continue to keep coming to UPS Store for ANY and ALL of my orders.

Hassled me over an Amazon return. I own my own business and ship thousands of boxes a year with UPS and have returned many Amazon packages. The young man felt superior in telling me that Amazon is wrong when they state "UPS will provide box and label" and that I had to buy a box and if I didn't it may not get returned. Well Amazon showed the return barcode was scanned but a label was not created. Be careful when you return Amazon packages at this location-I would avoid this location all together.
