The UPS store has changed tremendously over the past 1.5yrs under the new owner. They focus on customer service and ways to reduce costs for customers such as provide free shipping label printing and tape for packages. They are very friendly and easy to work.

Whoever was working today, was amazing. He helped my mom print out a label & ship off after our wifi stopped working at home. He was amazing!! My mom said he’s a great guy, thank you again! Truly. ?
