Highly recommended!! Had my vehicle towed here after it broke down. Idris handled the situation professionally and with much kindness. He sent over a list of what needed to be done with vehicle asap and the vehicle was fixed promptly. They even held onto my vehicle until it was convenient for me to pick it up?amazing customer service Idris!!!! Thank you soooooo much!!!!!

They were able to get my Escape in quickly and do some detailed diagnostics to identify the issue. Unfortunately the issue requires replacing the engine for about $13k. They provided information on how to reach out to Ford for assistance. Unfortunately Ford is not cooperating. Total Automotive in South Lyon and Troy could not have done more to help me out.

As an owner of a 22’ Motorhome, I find it very difficult to find places the are willing to service my vehicle. Being that it’s a diesel engine, that becomes even more difficult. Mazur’s Total Automotive of Howell has been very accommodating, in meeting my needs with maintenance on the vehicle. Jason is awesome!

Fantastic service. I had multiple issues which I fully expected to be costly repairs and the tech took extra care to find the root causes which ended up being a fraction of the cost. That service speaks volumes aboutboth skill and integrity. Highly recommend

I am somewhat new to the area and went to Mazur’s based on good reviews and they did not disappoint! The entire staff was honest, friendly and willing to help throughout the whole process. They were clear and patient with my million questions, which was much appreciated. They also were able to offer a free loaner while they had my vehicle and that was a life saver, too. I will be a returning customer…Big thanks to Jason and the whole crew for everything!!

I brought my car in for my engine light. They did a pick up and drop off and we’re so accommodating. To top it off they seemed very honest, and we’re helpful about where I could fix my issue. Kind folks - I will definitely continue working with them.
