My friend and I painted the large ceramic trees. We both love how the trees turned out however their customer service is awful! When I picked up my tree I plugged my light in to make sure it worked and I was then informed that it wasn’t the proper light for that tree because they sent them the wrong lights. She continues to tell me that they have other lights in stock I can purchase! What??? Those trees cost $144.00 dollars and you tell me the lights aren’t correct for the size tree??♀️ The light kit and bulbs were included in the price of the tree. The light doesn’t fit the tree correctly and ONLY lights the lower half of the tree. I love my tree but I will NOT duse this place again!!! My friend called and spoke with them and she was told she could come buy a different light. Are you kidding me?

I attended a child’s BD party and enjoyed it so much I went back. I’m taking my grandkids for an afternoon. So many options and the staff is so wonderful which makes the experience more enjoyable!

This was my first time painting pottery in the studio. I needed some extra assistance bringing my vision to life and the employees were incredibly patient, available, encouraging, and knowledgeable! My entire family (3 generations) had a blast painting our pieces and I can't wait to see how they turn out after being glazed and fired! I look forward to returning soon!

Went with a group to try our hands at creating art. Some of us did ceramic painting, others glass fusion. It was so much fun! A little more guidance from the staff would be helpful, but still a wonderful experience.

I love this place! There is a wide variety of paints, ceramics, glass, brushes, stickers, just about anything! Not to mention, the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and open to any questions, even if they aren’t sure. I always feel so welcomed here.

Rude employee, I am from out of state visiting my boyfriend decided to come here. Their operation of things are differently but they go about it rudely. Felt very belittled after getting yelled at for trying to use water. No need to yell when I am 2 feet away. I understand I should have asked first which is why she should have approached me instead of yelling. Please sue me for not knowing that I could use different brushes everytime I want to paint with a different color. Thought it was sustainable to reuse stuff instead of grabbing more and more.

I love doing the glass projects here and recently brought a friend and painted ceramics. So much fun and you can walk in! Also I get emails with events - there is something for everyone, kids, adults, those with talent, those with almost none (me). The sky is the limit. They can help guide you if you'd like. There's no time limit and that's the problem. I always want to do another project haha.
