Was not greeted upon entering store. Waited patiently for the cashier to finish checking out the person in front of me. Once done, the cashier took the next person in line behind me.That's the simplest way lose business. Cashier (owner? old guy) requires additional training to be floor ready. I'll go to wild bill's tobacco. Thanks.

Would absolutely recommend this store. Had a problem with a product and they went way above what I thought was fair. I left there completely amazed at how well they dealt with my issue. I will shop at this store whenever I need a product they sell

This place rips people off. Tried to exchange a Breeze vape that didn't work. Was told "this happens all the time" and then refused an exchange. Was accused of "bringing in a dead one" when they blink when they're dead. This one did not blink or anything. This is after I've spent at least $1100 there in approximately a 3 month span. They no longer receive my business and I encourage anyone who reads this to avoid this predatory business at all costs.

Smoker's Depot has a large selection of cigarettes, cigarillos, and cigars. They have a large array of smoking related products as well. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

I bought this yocan from this store on 7/22. It is defective and will not charge. The store was not willing to exchange it for me. They told me to contact customer service. I contacted yocan customer service and they said they could not do anything for me other than to contact the store I bought it from. The most the owner could do was sell me another one with 30 percent off. Are you joking me and that item be defective too? Don't shop here anyone.. go to a different smokers depot. This store is scamming people left and right of products more than likely
