Very disappointed in Skechers customer service. I purchased 4 pairs of shoes while traveling from Michigan back to my home in Colorado. After arriving home I was so excited to walk in my new Skechers. After my first walk they were killing my feet. I tried again to see if I could "break" them in. I've been a very loyal customer in the past loving ALL of my Skechers until this pair. I contact customer service and explained my situation. Even though clearly printed on their receipt that they "guarantee 100% satisfaction on ANY item purchased" that is NOT the case. Please do not be deceived by this. They only give 100% if you've NEVER walked in the shoes. You can take them home and walk on a treadmill (if you own one). Also, I was only asking for 50% back (not even a full refund) to apply towards a different shoe and they weren't even willing to do that. The shoe I purchased was $95.00. Buyer beware. Please make sure it's the shoe you want before you leave the store or you will be out that money.

It is an outlet but pricing is even higher than the actual Sketchers website. Not to mention the short, middle age, ugly & rude lady not friendly at all - probably she's being mean & only targeting Asians. While I was trying out the sandals, which I planned to buy, my 1-year old put a foot on top of the paper box. The short, mean lady (most likely team leader) yelled at me "Hey! unless you are 100% sure you'll buy those sandals, get out of my store if your baby step on that shoe box again!" That rude yelling scared my 1 and 8 year old kids. Please, Sketchers….I know it's hard to find an employee nowadays, but this lady is NO FIT to be in your customer service team! I didn’t get to know her name, but based on my kid’s description, “she’s the weird-looking, short lady in there”.

Sitting at your store, your employee, John, is in there ignoring us. Knocked on the door, after attempting 3x he finally answered the phone. States he does not open until 11am on Sundays. The website AND the door I'm looking at both say 10am. He states he doesn't know why it says that. On my way to another shoe store, either fix your hours or find someone that wants to do their job

I was in the Tanger Outlet and stopped into Sketchers, where I came across a young lady, Sarah, who was working. Sarah is so patient, kind, very knowledgeable and respectful.Every store needs a Sarah!!!

Website for store says they close at 9:00. Arrived at 7:11 and store was closed. So were most of the stores I planned to visit. Won't waste my time driving a half hour. Please update your website. Malls are dying out. Guess I will join everyone and order online.

Went in this evening with my daughter. No one even attempted to help us. An older woman was at the register was more interested in her phone than the only 2 customers in the store. There was no where to sit to try on shoes. The lady was extremely rude when asked about work shoes. Maybe put down your phone and actually assist the customer.

Would be better if they opened on time.12 minutes late not good for waiting customers.A few gave up and left. It would be helpful if open hours were posted.
