I wandered into Silverstone jewelers the day before my wedding looking for a bracelet because the one I had planned to wear broke. I’m not a picky person, but this life event you want to be perfect. The selection at this store is wonderful, but more importantly the staff was beyond helpful. I loved them so much! They were so helpful and kind. I made sure to wander by the store and wave after our pictures in downtown.This will definitely be my go to store for new jewelry in the future. I do love a little bling!Thank you for your help! ❤️ ? ?

I had an all around amazing experience with them! They were always willing to help when I came in without an appointment lol , me and my fiancé found our dream rings at this shop. They set us up on a payment plan through Wells Fargo for 0% interest for 9 months which is amazing and could not afford our rings without this option!! I highly recommend! We mostly spoke with kallie she is so caring and so helpful. She is checking in with us to make sure we are 100% loving and satisfied with our rings!

Got two pieces appraised to add to our insurance. Silverstone has nice and helpful staff along with a good system do you don't freak out leaving something $ behind with them.It also took some back and forth initially to get a sense of what was possible with a family gold and diamond watch I wanted to do something with. The owner put a lot of time into figuring out price and options. In the end I decided to 'hold' and she understood. Very good experience overall!

Terrible customer service:I went in to have my engagement ring reset. I immediately regretted my decision and realized I wanted to keep my engagement ring how it was.I called and left a voicemail the next morning before they opened asking them to stop my order. They didn’t call me back, so an hour or so after they opened I called again and explained that I didn’t want to change my engagement ring. They acted like they hadn’t heard my voicemail. So I guess they were going to ignore me. They said they’d have to call me back.When they called me back they said they could stop the order, but that they “don’t do refunds”. That was never explained to me when I made my purchase. They said I had to either continue my order or spend the money on something else in their store. It was a terrible experience.An engagement ring is special and it would have been nice if they would have had a little compassion and understanding that I changed my mind since I called the very next morning before the order was even started.It is the right store. My order would have been under Hubbard and I did call the very next morning.

Honest, warm, welcoming, classy and intelligent; Kallie and her team are wonderful. If you are looking anywhere else for any occasion, stop what you are doing and go here. Simple as that.As for me, I was just looking to find my wife a long-overdue gift; I just wasn’t ever the jewelry-giving type of guy. That said, I’m pretty certain my wife fell in love with me all over again when I gave her the piece Kallie and her team advised me on. She teared-up, said she couldn’t believe it and hasn’t taken the jewelry off since— which is a testament to Kallie’s skill and taste when your customer has three young kids!!

Went there for the first time today to get a couple of links removed from a watch as they seemed a little turned off I wasn't a past customer. She then proceeded to tell me it would take 2 weeks? She asked if I was expecting today I replied yes (last jeweler removed 2 links on the spot as well as asked if I wanted my ring cleaned) unfortunate as I'm new to the area and was looking for a new jewelry store for my wife. Look elsewhere

I took my ring in to have the claw setting replaced, because it was worn down. I have been married for 22 years. I have had this done a few times. My issue is that I have parrots and they LOVE jewelry! I can't wear any jewelry at home. They can get a diamond out in a heartbeat! I asked the wonderful woman helping me what I could do to keep my diamond safer. She suggested a bezel setting. She showed me some photos and I thought it was a great idea. Plus I needed the size a little smaller. I got it back yesterday. I am over the moon excited at how beautiful it is and how safe the diamond is! The way the smaller diamonds are set, is safe for them. I can wear my ring at home now. Plus...the jeweler cleaned and shined up my ring and it looks brand new.. Even the cut outs are shiny! Exemplary work! Everyone at Silverstone was super kind and friendly! You feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in! I have attached photos. They do not do it justice, but you get a good idea of the setting. I highly recommend Silverstone and will absolutely be a return customer!!!

Where to start... Excellent customer service! We were treated like a priority from the moment we walked in the door. We were looking for an engagement ring but had such a great experience we bought all the jewelry for our wedding and some extras too because I couldn't resist all the beautiful things!! I also took in some very special and precious pieces for repairs that I had been putting off for years because I didn't trust anymore with them. I have never seen my mom's wedding ring look as beautiful as when I got it back! They handled everything quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable staff also. I cannot say enough good things. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted every time and if I didn't like a detail, they had it custom made/altered for me. Highly, highly recommend for all of your jewelery needs!

Silverstone Jewelers is the only jewelry store I shop at since I discovered it years ago when they first opened. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kallie and Staff and the store.
