“Wow, my husband and I walked into this store Monday on a fluke and were amazed at the excellent selection and excellent customer service (I'm embarrassed to say that I did not make note of the name of the wonderful saleswoman who helped us, but she had purple hair and was awesome!). We were looking for good quality, sturdy, hiking shoes and that's exactly what we found. People complain that they think the prices are too high, but the fact is that you really do get what you pay for. Realistically, your feet are important enough to warrant spending the extra money for quality, especially since it's quite likely these shoes will last a long time. I highly recommend this store and their staff. We are definitely going to be repeat customers.”

“Decided to stop in since we were driving my Howell. Luckily it was one of the few stores without a line outside to get inside. Definitely smaller than a normal WHBM, but it worked. I found a cute knitted silver top with capped sleeves, white and powder pink sweater or cardigan with their signature silver buttons and a nice mid sleeve slim fitted lavender shirt. They at least had the dressing rooms open to try in items. Returns back in 60 days, that's not bad.”
“AC helped us. His customer service was above and beyond! He worked diligently, calling multiple locations to locate a briefcase for us, all while cheerfully handling the busy demands of the store. Never once did he show frustration. He followed up the next day to let me know they found the item and would ship it to our house. We would visit this location again to see AC!”
“Incredible customer service! Most recently I went in to return an item that I thought I had recently purchased that I had an issue with after only a 2nd wash . But I never keep a receipt. Well after a solid 30 plus minutes the young man (Ethan) who I assume was the manager looked through all of my history to find out that it was actually over 1 year ago that I had purchased and I guess i just never wore it. (In my defense i have around 15 pair of Nike shoes alone plus clothing so I'm a regular) His attitude was positive the entire time even when he discovered that I was wrong . Although I wasn't happy with the product I understood his hands were tied at that point and would still return based on my experience with him alone”
“What a hidden gem! I just happened to get off the exit for a different reason and saw the signs for the outlets on the ramp. This store has the most shoes I have ever seen in one place for women! Plus it is very well organized, super clean (even the clearance racks), prices were clearly marked and friendly staff!”

“Really cool. Came here for a return and saved money. I got my partner some crocs online, but they didn't fit. We came here to exchange them and saved $10 apparently. The store is very spacious and I loved the displays. Very cute store. I've never seen so many different types of crocs.”
