I did a delivery for the company where I work to Roy's Autoworks. The Customer Service representatives that I came into contact with were courteous, & helpful. Although the company I work for deals with RV parts and accessories this company appeared to primarily do automotive repair. It looks as if they do good work, because there were a number of vehicles there.

They were so friendly and they got our truck back ahead of time. They did an excellent job on our truck and they are very reasonably priced. Our son referred us to them and I am referring my co workers to them.

EXCELLENT service. Daughter’s brakes started grinding. I left a message through their website late on a Friday night and Josh called me first thing Saturday morning and said they had a cancellation and could take a look at the brakes if I could bring it in. We took the car in right away and Josh and his crew were able to diagnose the problem, fix the brakes, and get us back on the road in a few short hours. Everyone we dealt with was understanding, kind, and professional. They were honest in explaining the repairs needed, without trying to up-sale us on unnecessary repairs. Being a first time customer, I was totally impressed. They definitely gained a loyal customer for our car repair needs.
