Only been one week but really liking it so far.Jessica and Chris have been very helpful and kind and already met a couple of neighbors that were nice. Thinking we are really going to be happy here ?

Anybody looking to live here, I wouldn't advise it. The people up front don't care about your living situation and difficult times with money. They find every excuse to mess your life up putting tow away stickers on a 1974 truck because of a flat tire, me and my fiance get enough money to pay them rent and have nothing left over. This place is not worth it unless you have a well paying job.

Great value!! Moved to Howell two months ago for work and this place was BY FAR the best apt for your money.Maintenance seems to be great here. I had an issue with a towel rack and they came and fixed it for me within 30 minutes. Also, Kristi the manager was very professional and friendly throughout the whole move-in process!!Would recommend this place to anyone in the Howell area!!

Paying for an updated unit, been here 9 months and they still haven’t updated the appliances. Cockroaches in the hallway, also. Not ideal.

My refrigerator wasn’t working but my freezer was. I called to put in a work order, no one came. I waited 2 days before calling again, that day maintenance came and I asked why it took 3 days to come and they said they just got the work order, there was no previous work order. Maintenance was very nice, exceptional in fact, and tried everything they could to fix it. They had to order a new one. The day the refrigerator came the delivery people were upset because they called ahead to have the office let me know they were coming so I could empty the fridge/freezer out, but I never received a call to let me know, so it was 15 minutes of chaos and in the end after a week I had a new refrigerator, which I am thankful for, but felt the person who answered the phone, could have been more caring about my situation. It was a lot of work trying to keep all my items cold enough, including medication that has to be refrigerated until use. Also, I had a screen that was damaged by workers and after a week or so I saw maintenance and asked them about the screen and they said there was no work order for that either…. I called that day again asked for it to be fixed and then maintenance was able to fix it.I’ve had a few issues in the past that weren’t taken care of very well with other personnel and had to take care of myself as in flooding in my apartment. I would like to see change in whomever answers the phone ( a female) take our issues a little more seriously, thankful we have great maintenance and cleaning who are wonderful at their positions.Thank you

My girlfriend and I moved out in April of 2023 and lived here for about a year. All I can say is Thank you!! Only reason we moved is to be about 40 miles closer to work.The staff has been great. service requests are always taken care of professionally and very quick. I think the longest we ever waited on a request was maybe 3 days or so for a low priority request. Their online portals for repair requests and rent and so forth all work great. Never had any issues there.While we were looking it was a little bit hard to get into contact with someone but once we did they were very helpful. At the time they were very short staffed and had limited hours so we understand that it may be hard to field every call coming in. When we moved out they seemed to be a lot better with having someone in the office during their normal hours and responding quickly to any messages or questions we had.Very nice neighborhood. Apartments were spread out quite a bit and lots of grass and trees throughout. Made it feel like a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. Being right next to the freeway it actually was very quiet and peaceful.I know some reviews did complain about not getting their security deposit back, but we did have a few small charges(completely on us, not at all upset at Prentice), and did receive almost all of our deposit back no problem.The rooms were very roomy especially the master bedroom and the bathroom. They actually take care of their building here unlike some apartments do, and from what we've seen they take pride not only in how their buildings and community look but with the work that they do to. Nothing was ever cheaply done or fixed poorly. It was all done right.Overall very impressed with every aspect of Prentice. Very sad to leave as it was an amazing place and the staff and residents were all very nice. I can't thank all the staff enough that work so hard to keep Prentice what it is!Thank you Prentice Staff!

I have yet to move into my unit until February, however my experience with the assistant property manager Melissa has been great. She’s been so helpful and professional during my time sensitive moving process, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Defintely looking forward to finally settling in.

Have lived here since 2017. At first it was fine but save your money, our rent has gone nothing but up and they don’t even fix things.

If I could give zero or negative I would! This place is a joke! There is no real AC for one, two the laundry area...it never worked! We put in multiple complaints while we lived there...They never fixed it, having to wash more then once and dry 3/4 times for one load is ridiculous! Working where we have to have uniforms and can't even wash them weekly! We moved in and had dead bugs still in the window, dirt in the place...also never got our your lease is up paperwork and different people said different things to us. One of them openly admitted that our end package was still at the office in front of their eyes! Then tried to rope us into paying for more months and higher at that! Yeah no. We paid 1200 there, live in a duplex three miles away 1000 a month, centeral air, lots of land, nice parking in a small community. The people who manage know what they are doing. DON'T LIVE HERE!

I've already said I'm going to move out next month, and then I'll tell you when I'm moving that you're going to have to pay more, the two obviously don't want you, want you to pay more, you know. Don't go, the environment is bad and all kinds of charges are charged when I move out.

Been living here since August of 2012 and never had any issues.. just some minor repairs once in a blue moon, other than that, it's a quiet and peaceful place to live. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They most always have a quick answer to my question. They always keep the grounds nice and clean.. and are always on the hunt for improvements on our units. Like our foggy windows.. that's been addressed and a plan put in place for that. No issues lately as of 8/5/2022. Still a fine place to live.

Our experience with Prentis Esates has been great so far! Huge thank you to Desiree for making our move so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond as we were set with a move in date that was a couple of weeks later than we hoped. She was so accommodating, getting us into an apartment within the time frame we needed... and it is really nice! We are lucky with a beautiful view, quiet building and very nice neighbors. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, but the few items on our list for repair were taken care of within the first couple weeks of our move in. Shout out to the gentleman handling maintenance! He was fast, efficient and even hung our mirror for us in the dining room. Honestly, we love it so far. It's so nice to have a safe place for our family to enjoy. Thank you so much for everything!

Over priced, terrible management since Harley left. They will try charge you for fraudulent damages and try to make you replace everything after you move out. The water is absolutely disgusting and maintenance will trash your place if you need something. Also agreeing with another review about how terrible Desiree is. Don’t waste your time or money here.
