Absolute joke of service at this bank. Purchased a vehicle in person at this branch with the seller by paying off the loan in front of the banker. Banker refused to sign the title as being paid off and said a letter would be issued in 3-4 days. It's now been 2 weeks and no sign of letter. The agent at the SOS said the vehicle cannot be registered (understandably) without the payoff notice or signature and checked on the VIN status and said it still shows as pending. Several calls placed to PNC were no help, with no explanation of why they won't sign titles in person with the payment being made right inf front of their banker. Go elsewhere for any banking needs as PNC does not service their customers satisfactorily.

Try ask I think name was Tanya at this location a question about issue I was hVng she was not very helpful to me at all .and referred me tp customer service number ..;(

Branch is always busy, with that said wait times can be extensive. Staff is super friendly, but not enough of them unfortunately. Parking is readily available as is the ATM

Amy at the front desk assisted quickly and resolved an issue with ease. Would recommend the Howell branch to anyone in the area.

Service seems to get worse and worse every time I go. Very very slow customer service. Takes a minimum of 15 minutes to make a deposit… don’t go if you’re in a hurry!

Lisa, thanks for helping us open our teen's first account! I know the foster situation and my closed account from 7-8 years ago presented their challenges. The last minute accommodation was so appreciated- and especially after LOC CU turned me away for being a nurse!

Always very friendly, the staff works hard to help everyone as fast as possible which can be difficult as they do get very busy at times. Saturday hours are short but I am glad they are open until noon on Saturday. It is a small branch so you may have a 5 minute wait at the counter but it is worth the wait.
