This is a great company. I used Parker's for 15 years for residential propane. They always provided excellent service at a fair price. Their drivers are very good and often were faced with tough conditions when delivering to my residence. I ultimately had natural gas installed due to it becoming available in my area but I honestly miss having Parker's as a provider. When I called to cancel, they gave no resistance. In fact, their professional crew came out and removed the tank taking great care not to damage my yard. And a couple of weeks later, I was refunded for the gas remaining in the tank. Honest, old-school customer service is so refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs propane!

Horrible customer service, highest fees in the area, have a 300 dollar emergency fee if u call on weekend. 100 pressure test fee!!, They do not care about there customers at all they just want that $$!!!

Today I visited Parker propane I was very impressed with Tara Laurie and Jimmy. Jimmy got me all filled up in no time and took the time to educate me on propane cylinders and how much can be carried in an enclosed vehicle. I was also pleased to find that the company does valve replacement on propane tanks if they are leaking out of their flint office Tara had me rung up in no time and their prices are really reasonable.

Excellent communication and customer service. The team at the office and delivery crew are professional, prompt and super friendly. It's easy to check prices on the website (multi-year LP pricing - awesome transparency) and they have an online pay option. We're very happy customers.

Very helpful and great prices! The nice man that filled my propane tanks fixed an O-ring issue I had with my fill valve instead of giving up like most people would have did. I would highly recommend getting your propane at Parker's Propane.

These people wrote the book on custo.er service I had a issue arise while on a job I am not a customer nor were the home owners , we were in need of some fitting gs to compleat a job and no one had them till I went to the Howell location and they went a long ways out of there way to help us get the needed parts I can't say enough good things about these people. If you need propane they are the first place you should go

Forgot to check tank woke up with no heat and a freezing house. The tank was empty in the middle of January. Called at 8:30am by 10:30am the tank was filled and pressure/leak checked and furnace was up and running.
