We were not happy with our dogs grooming and expressed this to the groomer. She said she would fix it. I called back later and talked to the manager, then the owner. They offered to correct it. I chose not to bring our dog back in, for fear the correction needed would make the cuts too short and things worse. We decided to wait until our next appointment to let it grow out. I received an email from the owner that said they will give us our money back. The owner said the groomer didn’t feel comfortable grooming our dog and normally they would just give us to another groomer, but none were available. Instead she said, we will no longer provide you the service and were taking us off their schedule. Basically, come in if you want your money it will be waiting. Just realize if you take your dog there and are not satisfied, their response will be sorry we will try to fix it. If you say no we will just wait they will give you your money back but will no longer want you as a customer. They made a mistake and because we mentioned it, we are no longer good enough to be a client. We were always respectful Were we disappointed, yes. They dumped us. That is a laugh. Ha ha.

Such a lovely Dog Spa! Olivia does a wonderful job and is so patient with my doodle who is a big baby! The spa is so inviting and everyone is very professional and friendly!
